Shipping & Delivery Information

A3 & A4 size prints come wrapped in acid free tissue paper packaged inside a presentation box. Also inside the presentation box will be a thank you card and a little write up about the image including when and how it was taken. The presentation box is then shipped inside a brown cardboard postage box.
A3+ size prints are again wrapped in acid free tissue paper and come with a thank you, and image write up card, however due to the paper size the image is carefully rolled and shipped in a reinforced cardboard postage tube.
All prints are shipped to the UK only using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Unfortunately I cannot offer international shipping at this time
As I print, package and ship the images myself I aim to dispatch all print orders within 7 days of receiving the order.
It’s possible that around Christmas delivery may be a little slower. If you haven’t received your print after 15 business days, drop me a line to timcoombesphotography@gmail.com and I’ll look into it.

The prints are shipped in extremely sturdy packaging to ensure the print arrives safely. However, in the unlikely event that the print is damaged in transit I’m happy to replace it for you free of charge. Send me a photo of the damaged print and packaging to timcoombesphotography@gmail.com, and I’ll replace the print as well as cover the shipping of the replacement.
If you’re unsatisfied with your print (other than shipping damage), I’m unable to offer refunds but the print can be exchanged for a different one of equal value within 15 days of you receiving it. In this case you’ll need to cover the shipping charge to return the print in its original packaging, but the replacement print will be shipped free of charge.
